Another addition to the non-delivery stories about the Newbury sticks? As an existing subscriber I, of course, don't get a free one when I renew....but nevertheless it looked too good a deal to pass up so I duly ordered my stick and paid through Pay Pal and received confirmation that Push had taken the money on 20 Sep. It's now Oct and no sign of a stick. I have e-mailed Push - no reply, I have telephoned Push - no answer; finally I have left messages on the answer phone - no one has got back to me. Aside from being pretty bad for business - that stick was booked for a trial with 3 prospective subscribers - as far as I am concerned Push now has no reputation except as a two bob, unprofessional bunch of cowboys. What a shame.

i also have had a problem with my stick, it has broken after 6 months of playing, well actually 5 because i missed a month over christmas, what can i do about a new stick because it shouldn't break that early

Stick update: The sticks were sent from pakistan today and should arrive in the next three days so all things going to plan and so long as customs works we should be able to send all the sticks out next week. Apologies for the delay.
